In 2 months you will begin to identify what threatens your inner flame and what feeds it, thus competing with freedom and joy and destroying the inner voices trying to convince you that you are not enough.
In 3 months you will have an understanding of how you are showing up for competition and have the tools to modify the mental side of your game as needed.
This is in addition to your 8 or 12 coaching sessions but allows an in-depth look about how you show up to competition and respond to your coach, teammates, fans and officials.
Who coaches the coach. It can be lonely at the top and working with Paula will help you navigate all the pitfalls that are holding you back, causing sleepless nights, a lack of work/life balance, and the pure exhaustion associated with trying to provide the energy, especially when you feel like you are the only driving force. Personal coaching will open your eyes to new approaches they can lead to your ultimate vision of success.
This 2 month commitment could be the one call you look forward to every week. An opportunity where it is all about you and your needs. The freedom you will feel as you carve out time for you, will equate to huge dividends to your team and their success.
