About Coach Paula

 Paula brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a life coach and keynote speaker. With 29 years as a head coach of women's college basketball and 30 years as a college health professor, she has deep insights into the challenges faced by athletes, coaches, and educators. As a health professor, Paula has focused on crucial topics such as mental health, stress management, finding one's purpose, and the importance of diet and exercise in overall well-being and all areas of life.

In addition to an extensive coaching and teaching background, Paula is a  sought after speaker and a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner through IPEC. She is equipped with powerful tools to help clients identify and overcome personal and professional obstacles. She holds a Masters in Sports Psychology from San Diego State University, providing a strong foundation in the psychological aspects of performance, culture and team dynamics.
